Yes. Prime-Land is licensed to practise engineering in both Alberta and British Columbia. We work throughout Alberta and across coastal BC and Vancouver Island, including Parksville, Courtenay, Comox, Powell River, and Cumberland.
They’re construction drawings complete and coordinated enough that your contractor can build straight from them — without a stream of RFIs, redlines, or costly mid-project redesign. It’s the standard we hold every set to.
We’re a civil engineering consultancy, not a trades contractor. We handle the engineering design, developer representation, permitting, and construction management — then oversee the contractors who do the physical work to make sure it’s built to spec.
